como hago para que el contrato vuelva a estar protegido? por lo que entiendo eso significa que un equipo le puede hacer la oferta directamente al jugador y el decide si se queda o se va no?

le tengo que renovar el contrato? y otra cosa, cuando le quiero renovar me pide por ejemplo un sueldo semanal de 23.000 y lo maximo permitido para mi es de 18.000. como hago para aumentar eso?
