Extraer el archivo y pegarlo en la carpeta skins: Win Vista/7/8: C:/Users/nombreUsuario/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/graphics/pictures * Mac OS X: /Users/nombreUsuario/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/graphics/pictures * Arrancar el juego, nos dirigimos a preferencias y recargamos la apariencia.
