The poor work all over this years on our league research, It has resulted on unreal scenarios, this makes that chilean players have to play on other countries or zones for the fanciful of our league after a few years.

Here you have an evidence, on the following image you can see 9 promises of our league in Football Manager 2013. They were the top promises with negative PA on our league (no pic editing) and as you can see their present isn't exactly in Real Madrid or Barcelona. Knowing that their PA is up to play in a bottom half club of Premier League.
Top 9 Promises in FM 13 (and their present)

Note: when we talk about the division is always in Chilean League.

Today its turn to talk about Chilean First Division B (Second Level of chilean League). As we reported on April of this year the scene looks pretty bad, a lot of random players, including those with more than 100 matches played on first or second division. On that report 81% of the total players of the division were random, a little even worst that the last version (FM 14 =76% Random Players).

So now we took the 16.2 Database of our Football Manager 2016, the most advanced football simulator, but sadly we get poorest results every year. The final number of random player in Second Division is: 322 out of 386 this means that the 83% of the total division is random. We gave a little help to the HR and we didn't count the relegated club (Lota Schwager) you can imagine the result including this team.

Now pay attention to this players, they have a lot of matches in first or second division, and any regular football fan could say a little about them.
It is surprising that although we notify about this on our April's report, they keep as random.

The list: (Note: Matches Played, MP, means matches played either in first or second Division)

()Francisco Ibañez:
MP: 151 Age: 29
Striker. Played finals with Palestino and was part of important chilean clubs as cobreloa.

Nicolas Peñailillo
MP: 141 Age: 24
One of the host prospects of Second Divison Champion. He has been regular in first team since 5 years at least.

Maximiliano Ceratto
MP: 134 Age: 27
One of the key players of the Second Division champion, regular striker with some goals like this:  (Min 3:16)

Fernando Saavedra
MP: 183 Age: 29
Another key player of the second division champions, is an Icon on his club (Everton) playing all his career on it, including the champion team on 2008.

Sebastian Varas
MP:138 Age: 27
The topscorer of the league is random!

Isaias Peralta
MP: 38 Age: 28
Disputed the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup with Chile U-20. On that team played with Alexis Snchez, Arturo Vidal, the "golden generation".

Roberto Ordenes
MP: 120 Age: 34
Very regular midfielder of a lot of first division clubs.  First division Champion on 2013.

Alejandro Maureira
MP: 109 Age: 32
A regular name in Second Division, he has played on several clubs of this division.

Jorge Aguilar
MP: 103 Age: 32
Another regular name of this division, he was even captain on some clubs.

Juan Jose Albornoz
MP: 188 Age: 33
An Icon on Curico Unido, their skills are still remembered by the fans.

Gerardo Cortes
MP: 123 Age: 27
Disputed the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup with Chile U-20, finishing on Third Place. No doubt, one of the keys of that team.

Miguel Hernandez
MP: 157 Age: 31
The "Jelly" is an icon on Santiago Morning, playing almost all his carrer there (Including first Division).

Washington Torres
MP: 188 Age: 31
A strong defender, he has played in several clubs almost always been regular in the first team.

Felipe Diaz
MP: 187 Age: 32
After 187 matches played and more than 8 years as regular in the first team, he is cloing to his retire without been correctly asigned on his skills. A shame.

Sebastian Paez
MP: 188 Age: 29
Always been one of the stars in the midfield on each team he has played, is a good player and at least deserve to assigned their main skills.

Patricio Schwob
MP: 146 Age: 29
a regular striker on several clubs of this division. With 45 goals he has almost 0.33 conversion rate.

Miguel Angel Gonzalez
MP: 100 (Since 2010) Age: 32
The Magician, few years ago he wass one of the key players of the league, even the most important club in Chile, Colo Colo, signed for his midfield. Incredible he is still random after so many matches.

Luis Aseff
MP: 156 Age: 32
An Icon on Naval (today on third Division) he  has been one of the most importants goalkeepers on Secon Division on many seasons.

In Resume, after reviewing this list we can conclude something important: There are a lot of player with more than 100 matches played today with 32 or 33 years old, it means they are close to the end of their carrers, and it seems that they will have to say good bye as random players. Knowing that the Head Researcher has been assigned to Chile since 2003 (at least) we can say that in many cases players who started on first team at 20 years old, today with 32 years and more than 100 matches played they are still random.
