Ayer al darle iniciar el juego, en la primera pantalla que aparece con fondo negro y pone "Football Manager 2019", me aparecian dos advertencias con errores que son las siguientes:

¿Como lo solucionaste? A lo mejor le sirve a otro compañero .

Tienes razón. He hecho esto:

 

El vapor abierta y acceder a su biblioteca de juegos
- Haga clic en Football Manager 2019 -> Propiedades -> General -> Establecer opciones de lanzamiento
- tipo que esta en la caja: -renderer_direct3D9
- Haga clic en OK, cerrar la ventana y lanzamiento FM19 a través de Steam
