@Goleiro_Magico es un chico muy joven, debuta esta temporada con el primer equipo del PSV y ese era su segundo o tercer partido con el equipo.

La verdad que en el PSV tienen muchísimas esperanzas puestas en el chaval, ese hat-trick es el del jugador más joven en la Eredivisie por cierto (o eso ponía el otro día en Voetbal International).

A este chico lo "formaron" en el Standard de Lieja, que tiene una de las mejores escuelas de formación del mundo, y con 12 o 13 años se lo llevó el PSV, que tampoco le anda a la zaga en centro de formación por cierto. Se ha salido en todas las selecciones inferiores con Bélgica, así que tranquilamente puede triunfar en la Eredivisie.

@rikype Imaginé que sería recien salido de la cantera o algo porque no lo había visto nunca antes. Es que vaya partidazo se marcó, lo hizo todo bien. Tienen una perla en él los del PSV por lo que comentas y la Eredivise es una buena liga para que jugadores así se desarrollen. A ver como evoluciona, otro día le echaré otro ojo a algún partido del PSV.

@Goleiro_Magico el problema de la Eredivisie es que los jugadores apenas tienen tiempo para crecer, sería magnífico que se quedaran al menos hasta los 23 o 24 años pero es casi imposible.

Y claro, luego pasa lo que pasa, un "grande" se lleva a un chaval que recién ha debutado como aquel que dice en un primer equipo (llamese Ajax, PSV, AZ, Feyenoord, etc..) y luego no funciona en ese club.. normal!!!, si todavía tiene multitud de conceptos que aprender y que sólo jugando pueden aprenderse!!!, te lo llevas, quieres que en el debut la rompa en un "grande" y todo acaba antes casi de empezar..

Así hay muchísimos casos, en el propio PSV tienes al zaguero Bruma, que con 15 años y brillando ya en la cantera del Feyenoord se lo lleva el Chelsea, no le dan ni una oportunidad, lo ceden a Leicester y luego al Hamburgo para, más tarde, largarlo (aunque parece que el Chelsea tiene opción de recompra)... Yo pienso que el chaval hubiera crecido mucho más quedándose en Feyenoord, con su familia, sin aires de grandeza... pero bueno, ese es el día a día del fútbol holandés...

@rikype Y con este chico no creo que sea distinto, como siga así a lo largo de la temporada, no te extrañe el verano que viene que llegue el PSG o City de turno y ponga el maletín encima de la mesa. Además la economía en general de la Eredivise, no es que tampoco ayude mucho a que los equipos puedan retener a sus jugadores, ahí tienes el ejemplo del Ajax que lo han desarmado literalmente.

Para mí, gran parte del éxito que tiene Ajax con su cantera se resume en este gran vídeo, la verdad muy recomendable

NEW LEAGUE STRUCTURE FOR DUTCH FOOTBALL

The amateur and professional leagues in the Netherlands will be interlinked more closely from the 2016-17 season in a new football pyramid. The decision was taken on Monday by the KNVB’s Federal Assembly.

The new structure means mandatory promotion and relegation between the Jupiler League and a new, semi-professional National Division. There will be a new licensing sytem and the reserve sides of all professional cubs will be integrated in the Hoofdklasse and Topklasse (top amateur tiers), the National Division and the Jupiler League (the second and lowest professional tier).

Major step forward

"This is an historic day for the Dutch football,” says Bert van Oostveen, Director of the Netherlands Professional Football Association.

“For the first time since the introduction of professional football in this country, we have a completely open league structure. The bottom region of the Jupiler League and the top sections of amateur football were like stagnant water, and we needed a flow of movement to establish a healthy breeding ground."

"We have battled many years for this and now we have implemented it. This is a major step in our efforts to further develop football in the Netherlands."

Incentives for improvement

“The new league structure removes the artificial divide between professional and recreational sport," adds Director of Amateur Football Hans Spierings.

"The prospect of promotion, but also relegation, will be an added incentive for clubs to strive for improvement and that is good for the quality and future of Dutch football."

National Division

The KNVB has opted for a league system consisting of the top-flight Eredivisie, a first division (Jupiler League), a new National Division as well as two Topklasse and six Hoofdklasse amateur divisions. Made up of 18 clubs, the newly formed National Division will ensure a better flow in stages between amateur and professional football.

The model is a compromise between the demands of professional and amateur football. "But it is a compromise that meets all the sporting principles that were key to us during the entire process," says Van Oostveen.

"From now on, sporting achievements will be rewarded in the best possible way, there is more excitement because of the chances of promotion in each league and teams will be playing at a level where they really come into their own."

Reserve sides

The new league structure also has room for the reserve sides currently competing in a separate, closed competition. Apart from the three reserve sides currently active in the Jupiler League, there will be room for four reserve sides in the new National Division and four in each Topklasse league. The other ten will be put into the six Hoofdklasse leagues.

Licensing system

New licensing terms have been established for the top four tiers of national football, from Topklasse to Eredivisie. The terms are tighter with every higher level. The new system therefore provides for a transitional period of a number of years for clubs promoting from the National Division to the Jupiler League.
