Hola! Yo juego en MAC y siguiendo la ruta de instalación que dais: C:\Users\(yourname)\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20XX\graphics\ss kits\)

Que en mi caso seria: /Users/MacBook/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2018/graphics/

He creado la carpeta "ss kits" y he copiado ahí los archivos pero no se cargan en el juego...

Debo copiarlos con la carpeta incluida? Agradezco sus comentarios! Gracias!

Buenas; en MAC no sé, pero en windows la carpeta ha de ser kits, no "ss kits". Prueba a cambiar a ver si te sale bien. Después dentro de Kits simplemente pega cada carpeta por separado de cada liga, ya que contienen diferentes configs.
